It is incredibly important that scientists communicate their research in ways that the general public can understand. In this session, we will discuss tips on how to communicate your work to non-scientists as well as how to write a clear and concise project narrative. This session will be helpful for students submitting to the IGP Graduate Competition.

We will host events every other Friday morning from 9:00-12:00pm on Columbus and Wooster campuses beginning on September 17. These events are geared towards graduate students, postdocs, or others who may be working on longer writing projects such as manuscripts, dissertations, or thesis work.

Join us on Friday, August 27 from 4-6pm to meet your fellow classmates across the college. There will also be a number of faculty and staff who work closely with graduate students, so you can become acquainted or catch up. There will be two locations - one in Columbus (Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4H Center) and Wooster (Miller Pavilion/ Secrest Arboretum). There will be food, activities, and prizes! Event is open to any CFAES affiliated graduate students.
