    This panel discussion will highlight tips from current graduate students for maintaining a healthy “work-life” balance. Students will share stories of how they have learned to balance their role as a graduate student with their personal life and identity. Topics will be touched on such as maintaining health and wellness, getting involved as a graduate student, and hidden gems of OSU and Columbus. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the panel.

    Join us as grad/prof students get together for a night of trivia and fun! Pre-arranged and impromptu-created teams compete in a night of trivia. Prizes are awarded to the top team of the evening. Check in begins at 6:30 PM. First question begins at 7:00 PM.

    Join OUAB for OUAB in the Kitchen: At-Home Edition: Euro-American Theme for a chance to cook a meal of your own under the guidance of the Union's own professional chef, Chef Wolf. Following a cooking demonstration by the chef, students will create the menu providing a unique hands-on learning opportunity virtually, from the comfort of their own home. In this fun and interactive environment students will enjoy a delicious meal and gain useful culinary skills to show off in their own kitchens.

    Ready to get moving on tasks and projects you’ve been putting off? In this workshop, we’ll explore different types of procrastination, weigh the costs and benefits of procrastination, and learn about anti-procrastination habits and strategies. We’ll also consider how we can set expectations and routines that fend off procrastination when studying and working from home.
