  2. Research Forum and Poster Competition Registration is Live

    Each year the researchers across our college come together to present their research and support their colleagues. We are excited to announce that information is now updated for the 2023 competition! 

    Please register at the link below to indicate your intent to participate in the poster competition. You will submit your name, department, etc. Your poster and abstract files are not due until March 10, 2023.

  3. Accepting Participants for 3 Minute Thesis Competition

    The OSU Graduate School is inviting graduate students, including all Research Forum (poster and presentation) winners, to compete at the 3MT college level completion. The 3MT is an extension of the Hayes Research Forum, giving students an opportunity to build on the work they have already done by developing a 3-minute (or less) presentation of their research as they would to laypersons, as well as a single PowerPoint slide.

    Welcome back students! The 11th annual CFAES Back 2 School Bash will be held on Thursday, September 1st from 4:00-7:00 pm this year. All CFAES students, faculty and staff are invited to attend for free. Registration will be located nearby the CABS bus stop on Woody Hayes Drive (look for the balloons) and other activities, tents, entertainment and games will be located throughout CFAES from the Fyffe Road turnaround to Coffey Road areas.

    Minsung (Kevin) Kim, a graduate student studying Food Science and Technology, was recently featured on NBC News along with his advisor Dr. Christopher Simons. Kim is a PhD student who specializes in texture and sensory testing.

The event is sponsored by the CFAES Office for Research and Graduate Education and the Wooster Campus Research Library.
