The year 2020 has been designated as the International Year of Plant Health by the United Nations General Assembly. This special designation provides an important opportunity for professional societies, agricultural organizations, and other entities to raise global and national awareness of Plant Health.

CFAES is encouraging all of our graduate students to take the OSU Wellness Assessment. Information at the college level is collected anonymously and will be used to identifiy priority areas for wellness programming for CFAES students.

Do you have research you’d like to share? The 34th Edward F. Hayes Graduate Research Forum will be held February 28, 2020. The Hayes Forum is an interdisciplinary event that showcases graduate student research across the full range of graduate degree programs and promotes fruitful exchanges between students, faculty, the administration, and the public. Abstract submissions will be accepted from October 14—November 22. Cash prizes, totaling more than $14,000, will be awarded to the top-judged presentations in each academic area.

Celebrate LGBTQ History Month with The Student Life Multicultural Center!
There are multiple ways that the Ohio State University celebrates LGBTQ history month including programming, visibility campaigns and educational events. LGBTQ month is focused on both developing a sense of community within the LGBTQ and allied groups as well as reaching out to the entire campus and Central Ohio community to educate about current issues that bridge all communities and bring us all together as one University.
